The General Administration of Customs has released new guidelines on the issuance and management of certificates of origin for export goods. The guidelines clarify application requirements, review standards, issuance procedures, and post-issuance supervision.
Key requirements: Export enterprises must ensure accurate declaration information and correct application of origin criteria. Customs will strengthen post-issuance verification and implement traceability management for abnormal declarations. Electronic certificates of origin are now fully implemented.
We recommend all foreign trade enterprises review the latest management requirements to ensure compliance.
